May be VS2013 own framework version and unity support framework version problem
You first vs, I installed vs2012 when 4.5 framework, unity seemed to be less than 4.5, before you didn't put the corresponding frame, after loading the unity seems to be for you a below 4.5 version, install vs2013 before because you have installed a very advanced version, so you don't act,
If I guess right, so you'll have to uninstall the unity than you high corresponding framework version of unity, or first unity to reload vs2013 (framework can only low version, first put high version, cannot put high version first, again with low version)
