22 whether port opened Telnet, check whether SFTP past directory have write permissions

I also have this problem, you have a look at the folder you want to upload directory, whether ownership rights belong to the root, Linux folder permissions, if you login with the user account cannot be written to,
Command: sudo chown -r username filename
