STM32 MCSDK5.4 hall motor startup problem

You master advanced

I currently use NUCLEOG431 IHM08 collocation, tie-in MCSDK5.4.1 to drive motor, using the hall signal, applied in electric scooter driver, when the motor speed from 0 to start the normal operation, but after the scooter glide, after the initial velocity is, the motor, the starter motor will have "knocking" a loud noise, or start the motor after a period of time, stop the motor drive, scooter is in sliding condition, and then start the motor will have knocking noise,

Through when sliding, let the motor have a current driver, barely can overcome the noise, but sometimes smooth, sometimes there is noise, could you tell me how to adjust to completely solve this problem?

His top!

Rest of brushless motor in the process of starting and sports load capacity is different, you can try to launch parameters in the process of changing from open loop to closed-loop (start - up parameter) and duration

CodePudding user response:

Because use MCSDK5.4.1 as control, the FULL version, for current control, only use only MC_ProgramTorqueRampMotor1 (torque_value, 50); MC_StartMotor1 (); MC_StopMotor1 (); Contain the type, and adjust the PID parameters, don't know in the process of open loop to closed-loop launch parameters (start - up parameter) and adjusted duration from which side, please be more detailed, share experience, thank you.

CodePudding user response:

Bother again in detail, thank you,
