Use absolute paths, I use a relative path will appear this kind of error, the same, like vscode relative paths have bugs,

Picture=r 'C: \ \ Users \ \ 017 \ \ QX3 GIF'
Save_name=r 'C: \ \ Users \ \ P2 GIF'
