STM32 access internal SRAM FPGA parts why can read can't write?

Time:09-22

Using STM32F427 + FPGA + Flash,
STM32 through FMC bus access FPGA internal SRAM, the starting address of 0 x60000000;
Flash storage in the FPGA configuration data, STM32 and FPGA can be accessed through the SPI bus Flash;
FPGA has been configured OK;
Because the new added functionality, need through a particular area of the internal SRAM FPGA, STM32 literacy tests found only at address 0 x60000004, 0 x60001004, 0 x60002004, 0 x60003004 can read can write, but in all other areas are read-only, but now want to write new data in areas where these read-only,
Is it because the FPGA, after complete the configuration is automatically these internal SRAM to write protected? Any method can remove the write protect?
