Socket between the server and the client using the 4 g network IP and port to communicate, tried it on both PC connected phone 4 g card USB network share (equivalent to use 4 g communication module), the same IP fragment, but the client and the server is not on, what reason is this? You mean 2 PCS are sharing the same 4 g network on the net? If so, then this is the 4 g device is forbidden sharing, exchange of visits between general AP default are forbidden, one is for the sake of safety, I think more important is to avoid sharing equipment between the amount of data is too big, more than the AP throughput,
