Here I have a local area network (LAN), all through the bridge link, the management end IP is: 192.168.1.100,
Data acquisition device IP is 192.168.1.31-38; Bridge via cable connection, the use of the bridge will be sent data (corresponding to the bridge IP is 192.168.1.21-28),
All bridge (21-28) of data through a bridge (IP: 20) after receiving an Ethernet cable to send bridge (IP: 40),
IP40 bridge to terminal bridge (IP: 41), again by cable to the management side,
Description: 21-28 not directly to 41 because a shelter, 20 and 40 were added to transit,
Current management side can't see the data, but can ping part of data acquisition device and bridge,
I check my MAC address as follow: using arp - a
IP in the figure are able to ping, the other can't be wrong with the device itself, the question now is can ping the no data received,
My question is:
Arp to view results in addition to 41 have their own MAC, the others are all the same MAC, this phenomenon is normal, if normal, how to understand it, if not normal, why can ping,
