I extended LVM size with 2T partition. size must be increased from 14T to 16T, But I cant see the new size on disk space
lsblk output turns 16T, but df -vh output turns 14T

Did you resize the volume?
resize2fs -p /dev/mapper/...

It's ext4 filesystem. Since you are hitting the 16TB mark which is the maximum support limit for ext4. I would strongly recommend you to convert the filesystem to XFS. please refer this link to convert EXT4 to XFS without data restore
