First of all you unity installation directory why do you have any Chinese?
The earth person all know path (installation path and project path) don't all Chinese don't all Chinese don't all Chinese!!!!!!
Second webgl packaging has no specific problems and analysis of failure phenomenon is just a screenshot of problem very clear!
