Vs2015 usually can double-click install directly, may your situation is special,
I provide a vs2012 installation, than with you try:

VC2012 Lua plug-in, when installed in the DOS window into VSIXInstaller. Exe directory to the location of the installation directory will find (VC), and then execute VSIXInstaller. Exe X: \ xx \ BabeLuaXXX vsix can, note BabeLuaXXX vsix file names don't have a blank space, or may not be able to install on.
