I recently on DSP6678 transplant a image processing code, need to use opencv, but using cvsmooth, suggests that cannot be generated. The out file, use cvloadimage \ cvcreateimage \ cvsaveimage etc is very normal,
This is because the emcv didn't write cvsmooth operation has a problem or am I?

There was no graft smooth function, the need to manually, or call IMGLIB library, DSP project I have not done..
