Within WooCommerce I have multiple products with varying levels of membership.

On this membership site logins are forced so that only members can purchase products / view the site.

I want to know if its possible that when a product is purchased: Can the downloaded PDF (any document type) be customised so that it shows a username / date purhased in various areas of the PDF.

This would be similar to how LearnDash works for their certificates, i.e. when the certificate is downloaded certain parameters are encapsulated - in this case username and date.

Any help with this would be great.

Your best option would be to use a PDF watermark plugin. There are several paid and free options available that would provide the functionality you require with little or low code.
