Brother, I've been doing on SNR estimation, project requirement is used to estimate algorithm must be completely blind, I research a lot of estimation algorithm, found that the seemingly only SVD algorithm can achieve completely blind, So, I use matlab to SVD algorithm are simulated, and a simple such an algorithm, but is couldn't copy the correct result, build platform should be no problem, well Brother, you have done this before?
