2: create is accomplished by the system, your main job is to write the driver files, and inf files and inf file will register your device for the corresponding class of device, this system will know what is your driver, can give you to create
Three: UI interface is only an application, it is created for you and your driver interaction some Settings, driver will receive these Settings and configure
