SSH can connect FTP connection not, don't know what's the matter, the port is not open, or something, if the port is not open, how do you open?

Telnet IP host to command not found error
Telnet 10.12.131.24 21

You look at whether installed SSH, and then look at whether the open service, firewall off!! Should be no problem!
