Diode on the other side you are grounded?
P00 for high, diode is equivalent to a head, a head on the 10 k resistor to connect power, 10 k you with small see, such as 1 k, 2 k, etc

Very simple, use a multimeter test, take a look at both ends of the voltage right not to know

51 P0 mouth is open collector, if you want to drive the LED need to add a triode,

The simplest changes, directly put the LED in P1/P2, P3/P4, don't need to go to pull can directly drive,
