As far as I know, AWS S3 USES is eventual consistency, for eventual consistency, multiple users can operate the same object at the same time and not mutually exclusive, such as lock, like this more than one user at the same time operating (read) the same object without lock mutex is mainly what scene?

I generally go fetch to store some public read-only files, such as database backup
