Write your own NTP service program, in response to a client request, and returns the data packets, the client have no reaction, or does not recognise, time can't sync, with caught tool view, data format and content are correct! O great god had done the NTP service project great god help!!!!!!

Problem has been resolved, is a code problem, when parsing packets, with the double data type storage when the client sends a request timestamp accuracy is not enough, data loss, caused the timestamp of the request and response, so the client does not recognise the response packet, give up the time synchronization
