We use video conference speech part of Polycom g. 722.1 Annex C 48 KBS, crawl down in the process of communication UDP/RTP packets to remove packets end costs 120 byte (20 ms) of pure speech coding data, I put all the pure data according to time order together to get a file, and then use C programming language of itu-t recommendation for decoding, get the PCM file is the noise signal, check the binary file found each byte is "00", I put the size of each byte after the flip is still a noise signal, encoded files whether need to add the necessary end to decode correctly, if so what is the format?
