Flash of instructions and data access is completed through the AHB bus, my understanding is when the AHB Zhong Yue fast, should open the prefetch cache, but here is why frequency coefficient is 1, just open the prefetch cache, this is not the meaning AHB clock is slow, just open the prefetch buffer??
