Excuse me somebody know TC6291C booster chip, then I put EN feet up, it can output 5 v. But I put EN feet down, it cannot close, how be to return a responsibility?

Finally discovered, the hardware design is all right, but the chip is asynchronous booster, EN feet up down has no obvious change, later I changed synchronous booster chip, function are normal
