As shown in figure: network has two vlans, vlan11 for 24 is wired network 192.168.1.0/section, vlan172 172.16.1.0/24 is wireless network segment, now want to two of the VLAN addresses 192.168.1.30 ~ 254 and 172.16.1.30 ~ 254 do upload download speed limit for 3 m, the address is not the speed limit, could you tell me how to configure, thank you!
