Cloud foundry installed-CodePudding

How do you do! Recently installed cloud foundry is always wrong, suspected to be network reason, such as:
W: Failed to fetch HTTP://http://ppa.launchpad.net/cloudfoundry/ppa/ubuntu/dists/lucid/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz 404 Not Found
This is what reason, how to solve?
In addition, the recent no one without using cloud foundry dev_setup installation? There is no similar situation?

Is your ubuntu 10.0.4? The latest version of ubuntu GCC is too high and ruby might not match
