Recently in configure DNS domain name server setups bind9, configure the forwarder fields, but can't realize the "forward", consult everybody a great god, and my configuration details are as follows:
1. Establish two in virtualbox virtual machine host1 and host2 host1 and host2 ubuntu14.04 when the server operating system version,
2. On host1 and host2 setups bind9 installed,
3. The configuration of the domain name zql.com on host1, using nslookup tool on host1 successfully resolve the domain name,
4. On host2 configuration of the domain name zyt.com, using nslookup tool on host2 successfully resolve the domain name,
5. Configure the virtual machine host1 and host2 network model as an "internal network", and configure the static IP host1 192.168.56.2, static IP configuration hsot2 192.168.56.4, ping each other, both of the network connectivity verification,
6. Configuration host1 and host2 respective domain name server for their native IP, modifies the/etc/resolv host1 virtual host. The conf file, add the nameserver 192.168.56.2; Modify host2 virtual host/etc/resolv. Con file, add the nameserver 192.168.56.4,
7. Configuration host1 setups bind9 repeater forwarder for host2 IP,
8. In host2 setups bind9 configuration log logging,
9. Verify the repeater, use the nslookup tool on host1 request the domain name zyt.com, reply the server can not find zql.com: SERVFAIL, failure,
10. Analysis of log, check on host2 setups bind9 log, found that there is a corresponding moment of query request from the client 192.168.56.2, queries is zyt.com,
What I have here clear and fatal flaw? A great god advice please, I really appreciate!
