I currently has achieved and collected by writing the API app communication (prove that the server is available)
But don't know how between GPRS and apache server for data interaction (I currently use sockettool on their computers even on the apache server can be connected (though I don't know really can prove what))
Main problem: still don't understand how to acquire the CDMA sent data and database
