Never put off till tomorrow what you can set a task, I need to use a 4 port HUB for multiple cameras video collection, now the two usb camera, on the HUB of the use of opencv VideoCapture image capture, as it is only a camera images, and monitoring to only one camera is in the open state, everybody is a great god know why please? How do you do?

Because the problem of bandwidth a usb controller can only take up a usb camera, want to take two cameras have to output JPG data format, and had to drop in the bandwidth of each camera

Now can only make a camera is in open state, even lower captured picture frame rate have no effect
