When you put the important data backup every day to TNAS, suddenly one day forget password? When we forget the NAS server administrator password, we can use the reset function to reset the administrator account and password,
1. If the administrator set up encrypted E-mail, click the TOS forgot password login page;

2. Enter the user name in the pop-up dialog box (the default is admin) and encrypted E-mail, click on send verification code;

3. Open the mail, find the check code;

4. Enter the authentication code, that is, can enter to reset the password interface;

5. Enter a new password click ok to complete set;

6. You can enter the user name after the completion of the admin and the new password login TOS system;

Through encrypted email to reset the password if not, please reinstall TOS system reset password,
1. Turn off the device first, and pull out all the hard disk, then equipment boot insert hard disk (don't);
2. Run TNAS PC, find the need to TNAS device, click login;

3. When prompted to hard disk not detected, and then insert all the hard disk, click on the test again;

4. Choose to install the new TOS system, click next. (note: this will not delete the data in the hard disk).

5. According to the prompt to install TOS system (hint: will automatically download and install TOS system);

6. Set the new TOS login passwords and password email;

7. You can enter the user name after the completion of the admin login and new password TOS system,

It's important to note that although reinstall system does not delete the data on the NAS, but still suggest to NAS backup data before the reset, in order to avoid accidental data loss,
