AB oscilloscope read encoder phase voltage problem

Time:09-17

I read the servo motor encoder AB phase separately with the oscilloscope waveform, measure the voltage amplitude is about 3 v, the oscilloscope for CH1 and CH2 two channels of AB phase measurement waveform at the same time, the measured voltage amplitude of A phase is about 3 v, the B phase voltage amplitude is about 300 mv, is this why?

Two channel measurements, one of the channels have chosen x 10 rank

No, it is gear of the X1

CodePudding user response:

If not operating errors, it is likely to be the encoder is broken

CodePudding user response:

Should be A \ B produced coupling in the oscilloscope,

Try to switch to dc,

CodePudding user response:

Has been revised on dc

Two channel oscilloscope for CH1 and CH2 AB phase of waveform measurement at the same time, the measured voltage amplitude of A phase is about 3 v, the voltage amplitude of B phase as 300 mv "this is normal, original AB is orthogonal, at some point will be A high level of A low level,

CodePudding user response:

Inside the oscilloscope probe to x10, the oscilloscope to set up the x10, similarly x1, too,

CodePudding user response:

There should be no grounding

CodePudding user response:

Oscilloscope probe to shifting gear

CodePudding user response:

The phase B received, or the encoder is broken,
