Mac recently upgraded Big Sur, then in the Terminal open Jupyter notebook, error:
Dyld: Library not the loaded:/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreFoundation framework Versions/A/CoreFoundation
Referenced the from:/Library/Frameworks/Python framework Versions/3.6/Resources/Python. The app/Contents/MacOS/Python
Reason: the image not found

Also in Pycharm running in the original code, is also the same error code
