2, the ping command to the FTP server IP is normal
3, no problems with the tracert
4, server-side network checked, a server doesn't give us the IP shielding
5, the server front-end protection software also doesn't give us the IP shielding

But we are unable to connect to the server suddenly, have encountered similar problems? This situation is exactly where the problem?
