254, 1192168. 88.253 can ping but 192.168.88.254 cannot ping 253,
2192168. 99.11 can ping, 21, but cannot ping 192.168.99.21 11, in the same way, 31, 11 can ping such as switches, but in turn ping. 11 all can't
