UcosII transplantation to the STM32, why in the systick interrupt Settings pendsv?

Recently read ucos, reference routines, why task switching on pendsv service program? Instead of directly in the systick interrupt service? So don't trigger pendsv in the systick interrupt service, not more convenient?

Thank you, look at the book is the systick priority than a peripheral interrupt priority level is high, if the systick lowest priority, whether can perform in one context switch?
