The IDEA of maven configuration, under the setting - maven repositories

I use the idea of is 2019.2;
Maven is 3.5.4 version of your download, and have configured your maven in the idea, as shown in figure:

Then I went into the maven repositories directory, the result display is empty, as shown in figure:

What a great god knows what reason is this? Elsewhere and need to be configured?

You chose to override Settings. The XML, need you in the file repository, so you can see the warehouse address

Should version are not compatible? The new Idea of a lot of problem, suggestion for old version
