The custom module pandas_tool. Py and str_replace. Py in the same directory, the former normal import the latter

Now I with pandas_tool. Py parent directory test_http_request. At the same level of py import pandas_tools. Py why complains, a mystery

Me along while, finally done, under the share: under the installation path of your python's Lib \ site - a new packages. PTH file, write the absolute path of the custom module, can the normal import, (Y1S1, VSCode import does not Pycharm works)
