I have been in the browse the posts over the past 30 minutes, when I as an administrator to run CMD, this command doesn't work, I check the PATH, it set up correctly, however, only when I open the CMD normal (not administrator), the command works, can you please point out all I mention as an administrator to run CMD problem? -

I was able to install and use the C: \ ProgramData \ chocolatey \ bin \ choco exe install wget - y 7 zip.com mandline work, I still want to know why when run CMD as an administrator, choco command doesn't work, I would appreciate any help, cheers!
