The above part has solved the problem, in RTL8201BL 24 pin connected to a level of about 2.2 k pulldown resistor, the clock signal TXCLK, RXCLK are correct, and can be read from the register BMSR to "automatic negotiation", establish the effective connection.But connected to the computer, computer as "network" unrecognized, the reason for this problem or hardware? Should be solved from??

I also in learning the RTL8201 driver, but now face a computer without any reaction,Only reset, LED1 flashing once, I tried to modify PHYAD, after the change, reset, LED1 not flashing all,
Crystal resonance vibration standard, 25 m, has been measured with an oscilloscope,
PHYID also according to the data set is 0 x00008201,
