You can try the following methods:
1. Open the registry (Windows menu - & gt; Regedit)
2. To HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ AppV \ Client \ Virtualization
3. Double-click the display value ProcessesUsingVirtualComponents view
4. Remove the two value "% ProgramFiles % \ Internet Explorer \ iexplore exe" and "% ProgramFiles (x86) % \ Internet Explorer \ iexplore exe"
5. Click OK to save the changes
6. Close the registry
7. Close the IE browser, reopen, test whether can normal open the excel,
