Bootstrap 5 accordion: remove rounded corners

Time:11-11

This is an example from Bootstraps official website. Is it possible to remove the rounded corners from the accordion?

`

<div  id="accordionExample">
  <div >
    <h2  id="headingOne">
      <button  type="button" data-bs-toggle="collapse" data-bs-target="#collapseOne" aria-expanded="true" aria-controls="collapseOne">
        Accordion Item #1
      </button>
    </h2>
    <div id="collapseOne"  aria-labelledby="headingOne" data-bs-parent="#accordionExample">
      <div >
        <strong>This is the first item's accordion body.</strong> It is shown by default, until the collapse plugin adds the appropriate classes that we use to style each element. These classes control the overall appearance, as well as the showing and hiding via CSS transitions. You can modify any of this with custom CSS or overriding our default variables. It's also worth noting that just about any HTML can go within the <code>.accordion-body</code>, though the transition does limit overflow.
      </div>
    </div>
  </div>
  <div >
    <h2  id="headingTwo">
      <button  type="button" data-bs-toggle="collapse" data-bs-target="#collapseTwo" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="collapseTwo">
        Accordion Item #2

    </h2>
    <div id="collapseTwo"  aria-labelledby="headingTwo" data-bs-parent="#accordionExample">
      <div >

      <button  type="button" data-bs-toggle="collapse" data-bs-target="#collapseThree" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="collapseThree">
        Accordion Item #3

    </h2>
    <div id="collapseThree"  aria-labelledby="headingThree" data-bs-parent="#accordionExample">

I spent a couple of hours trying to remove the corners without luck .accordion-item:last-of-type .accordion-button.collapsed {border-bottom-left: 0;)

CodePudding user response:

Add this to your CSS:

   .accordion-item {
      border-radius: 0 !important;
    }

Additionally you can add this instead if you wish to remove the rounder corners from the "highlight" as well.

.accordion-item, .accordion-button  {
  border-radius: 0 !important;
}

Example:

#wraps {
  margin: 50px;
}

.accordion-item, .accordion-button  {
      border-radius: 0 !important;
    }
