I make IP5328 a pure charging circuit application, circuit diagram come from manual copy modified, posted above.

I since VIN to 5 v, from the lowest power of light to the four lights are on, then all the lights are flashing together, but the input current is less than 3 ma, no charge at all.

After power cut, as they become 3 lights, appear to be showing power more than 75% of the mean.

Just have no idea, or not to charge, which have the experience to give directions predecessors?
