Find a solution, pit dad, the need to compile the source code in the CrashReportClient then generated exe files to delete redundant letters stay behind CrashReportClient. Exe, otherwise he compiled file name is CrashReportClient - Win64 - Development. Exe so he anyway don't start,,,
