600 KHZ frequency is too high, can do the launch pad, but can't drive motor (currently should not yet)

Then can I ask now mainstream chip frequency is how much? I really don't know, seen the highest is about 300 KHZ,

200 Ton Turn - On the Propagation Delay - 130 ns
Toff Turn - Off the Propagation Delay - 90, 200 ns

Tr Turn - On Rise Time 120 ns - 80
Tf Turn - Off losing Time - 40 70 ns
