Home routers, IP address

Time:11-03

Scenario:
Home with the TP cc-link router, a computer, an iphone, a pad, computer has a virtual machine, running ubuntu
I give home router set the MAC binding, mobile phone, pad and computer's MAC binding IP (notice that no mention at all of the virtual machine)
I give Ubuntu is configured with two Ethernet card, eth0, eth1 (eth1 only host mode, and the host machine for communication purposes only)

Question:
TP - LINK to MAC allocated three addresses are respectively 192.168.1. 101102 {100}
Eth0 address, I look at the virtual machine was found 192.168.66.137 (!!!!! Virtual machine why this IP address is assigned so? Ubunt can normal Internet)

The content of the eth0 configuration is:
Auto eth0
Iface eth0 inet DHCP

I don't understand the virtual machine that IP address is how come of, isn't it go from the TPLINK? That why it can be normal access to the Internet?
And its IP address, and 192.168.1.0/24 isn't a network segment!!

Which friend can help explain the, thank you

CodePudding user response:

It is using DHCP (dynamic access IP protocol) so I don't need to computer configuration static IP, you in telecommunications there to get the IP and domain name that is already in the TP - LINK on a router configured the router for you to create a local area network (LAN),

CodePudding user response:

Virtual machine pass into the bridge model and NAT, conditions should be taken of the building Lord NAT mode, in the virtual machine and allocated in the virtual machine Settings and 192.168.66. X segments, so the IP assigned to the virtual machine is no longer 192.168.1. X, the building Lord baidu virtual machine NAT and bridge mode
